The ordered products are delivered as soon as we have received the customer’s payment in full.

BINABINOIDE offers payment via Bank Transfer. Any costs for Bank Transfer have to be borne by the customer. BINABINOIDE reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment or refer a customer to other payment methods. The prices quoted are final prices.

Shipping costs, custom duties and all other occurring cost for the return are not covered by BINABINOIDE and must be paid by the customer in full.

We ship our packages PostPac Economy by Swiss Post. Purchases over 50 CHF will be delivered by registered mail by Swiss Post

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL 

We ship our packages registered mail by Swiss Post – Only by request – shopbinabinoide@sabrinamonteiro.com

RETURNS

Binabinoide offers a return for purchased products within 14 days of the purchase, subject to the condition that the products to be returned are unused, in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Please ensure that your item is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. Exchanges or returns for custom products are not allowed.

In order to return a product a return authorization is needed. To receive a return authorization please email shopbinabinoide@sabrinamonteiro.com. Please do not ship your products before having received an authorization.

Due to hygienic reasons, all purchases of The Sustainable Mask are ineligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
