These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases into www.sabrinamonteiro.com (BINABINOIDE)

By ordering any of our products or prints, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Please note that local charges may occur.

BINABINOIDE reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

By placing an order at BINABINOIDE, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at www.sabrinamonteiro.com for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by Sabrina Monteiro, owner of www.sabrinamonteiro.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by BINABINOIDE as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to BINABINOIDE and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request BINABINOIDE to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the BINABINOIDE Conditions, you agree to the above.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

PRODUCTS (if applicable)

Our products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of our products or pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same bank account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PAYMENT

All products remain BINABINOIDE’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from BINABINOIDE.

BINABINOIDE offers payment via Bank Transfer. Any costs for Bank Transfer have to be borne by the customer. BINABINOIDE reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment or refer a customer to other payment methods. The prices quoted are final prices, they include the statutory VAT at the time. Please note that Swiss VAT is automatically deducted in the shopping cart when shipping outside Switzerland. However, local VAT and customs duties may apply upon receiving the ordered product. 

Shipping costs, custom duties and all other occurring cost for the return are not covered by BINABINOIDE and must be paid by the customer in full.

RETURN

Binabinoide offers a return for purchased products within 14 days of the purchase, subject to the condition that the products to be returned are unused, in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Exchanges or returns for custom products are not allowed.

In order to return a product a return authorization is needed. To receive a return authorization please email shopbinabinoide@sabrinamonteiro.com. Please do not ship your products before having received an authorization.

Exchanges or returns for custom products are not allowed.

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be made to the account you have used for payment after inspection of your returned good. You will be notified by email on the approval or rejection of your refund request. We will not refund any shipping cost, custom duties or other occuring cost.

After inspection of your returned good we will inform you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

WARRANTIES

You are obliged to check the delivered products as soon as it is feasible after the usual course of business and to inform BINABINOIDE within 5 business days since receipt of the product of any detected defects by sending a picture of the defect to shopbinabinoide@sabrinamonteiro.com. If you fail to do so, the products shall be deemed approved.

This website is owned by Sabrina Monteiro. All content including logos, photographs, pictures, designs, written and other materials are copyrighted to Sabrina Monteiro. The site and its contents may only be used for personal use. Any reproduction is not allowed without permission. By using this website you agree not to copy, publish, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
